DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

Delivery Terms

1. Orders are handed over to the shipping company within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
2. Deliveries are made via Yurtiçi Kargo.
3. The average delivery time within Turkey is 1–5 business days.
4. Shipping is free of charge.
5. Once the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent via email.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Return request period: Within 7 days from the delivery date.

3. The product must be unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories.
4. Due to hygiene reasons, returns of used products are not accepted (specifically applicable to the scarf category).
5. Return address: Same as the invoice/delivery address.
6. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days upon approval.
7. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
